... and Mrs. T?
Same thing - that's why those potatoes are cut in half.... and Mrs. T?
We had fried walleye filets with fried potatoes and lima beans, yummy.
My husband caught it on Lake Erie this past summer when fishing with his cousins We've got a few more bags in the freezer. Yeah, it's pretty spectacular!I love fried walleye filets. Walleye is almost impossible to buy here.

I don't hate celery, but I don't eat it on it's own, that's for sure. I like it in soups and in chicken or tuna salad (the kind mixed for sandwiches) for crunch. I would prefer tuna or chicken over the imitation crab in the type of salad you mentioned in your post, but that's just me.I love imitation crab. Or “seafood highlighter” or “seafood extender” as you’ll see it called.
It’s quite looked down upon here in Australia but it will gain popularity now as it’s loved in Japanese & possibly Korean cuisines.
I always make a salad of it with celery & spring onion + plenty of mayo & lemon juice.
And for those following along at home, yes I “hate” celery, but it’s necessary in some things.
