It suits me. I prefer my sausage to only be mildly spiced and that one is. Locally made (Bangkok) ฿300.00/kg (about US$10.00).
You are full of surprises. Sometimes you come across as a pepper head, and then you say you like your sausages mildly spiced. Anyway, those pork and tomato sausages sound really good.

It may be a Brit thing as I'm a bit the same. I'm a huge chilli head but I'm not much of a fan of spicy sausages unless I'm eating them as charcuterie. The traditional UK 'banger' is very mild - at most a few herbs added.

Heh, I love spicy foods too but I also love spicy sausages. Merquez, chorizo etc are my favorite. I don't like plain sausages at all.

I like plain beef sausages, when we have a BBQ our son brings really odd sorts, Mexican spiced sausages wtf? Tomato n onion? Everyone goes for the plain beef.
Maybe he's a hipster?
