It doesn’t look like much I guess, but after maturing it for the recommended 48hrs I’ll be whipping up a takeaway-style chicken curry with it.
You are full of surprises. Sometimes you come across as a pepper head, and then you say you like your sausages mildly spiced. Anyway, those pork and tomato sausages sound really good.It suits me. Heh, I love spicy foods too but I also love spicy sausages. Merquez, chorizo etc are my favorite. I don't like plain sausages at all.It may be a Brit thing as I'm a bit the same. I'm a huge chilli head but I'm not much of a fan of spicy sausages unless I'm eating them as charcuterie. The traditional UK 'banger' is very mild - at most a few herbs added.
