That recipe is OLD! It came out of some cooking magazine, one of the fancy ones. What wine did you use? The last time I made it I thought the Gert made it too sweet and I was going to try something different next time. I used what I had on hand, Sauvignon Blanc, and it was fine. I’ve used it before, though if I’m buying a wine for it, it’s usually Pinot GrigioThat recipe is OLD! Paella; today I used a prawn stock made from shells from some Atlantic prawns and it made a terrific difference in the taste.
