Bit of Spag Bol school dinner style (the spaghetti strands broken before cooking and cheddar cheese). Tastier than school dinners though of course!

Seitan gyros, beetroot salad, roast potatoes and fennel, watercress and pita with homemade garlic sauce on the side
The potatoes especially look wonderful.

Thanks, I think after roasting a tin of tatties every 5 days for the past 20 years I am getting the hang of it
So I can confirm eating four egg bites is one too many and eating six is a bit

I gave those up when I went to university. No dippy eggs - just beer.
My wife wants these occasionally and they have to be right !!

They are good. Free range too.

I made a big batch of hummous and enjoyed it, dipping sourdough bread in it. Accompanied by an ice cold lager
