The work wife likes spinach and they had some on discount at Walmart so I came home with 5 oz baby spinach and was thinking frittata. Had some cubed ham, mushrooms, and cheeses so...
Induction hob on a low temp.
Cover it to cook faster. About 40 or so minutes.
Cheddar is mixed in but mozzarella on top with a bit of allspice.
Nice browning on the edges.
