I had delicious Chai and mango lassi

Samosa with spicy potato filling

Massala dosa

South Indian thali

And a North indian thali for my husband

Pork rillette from the freezer treasure trove and mustard gherkin relish (by ‘Khune’ an excellent purveyor of pickles).
So nice that Mr SSOAP didn’t stop commenting on it. Lovely to hear when your head has some whisky hangover hangxiety

This seed site has a video showing how to make one. I, of course, use a spiralizer, like any sane person would do.

German Bier Garten Radish

Daikon is an acceptable substitute, which is what I used. Available at every Germanfest around Cincy, and on some year-round menus as an appetizer as well.

Yeah I was just looking online for that, I have had other dark beers but not German ones. Typically ales and stouts are what I am familiar with.

A couple of my (grown) nieces call me “Dunkel Tasty” instead of “Uncle Tasty…” and sometimes “Funcle Tasty,” because I’m the fun uncle.

Probably some very awesome grass fed Irish dairy cows. The butter they make is good.
