Damn auto correct. New tablet, old one stopped working. Duchess, restaurant in the castle at Walt Disney World, quiche Lorraine with baked ham added.
 
Tonight (or should I say this morning as its 1.20 am?), I'm about to eat left over roast chicken with a warm potato salad and rocket leaves. Warm potato salad is such a lovely thing: waxy Anya potatoes, garlic, lemon, a little olive oil, a few twists of pink Himalayan salt and black pepper. Mmm...
 
After my somewhat disappointing experiment with sausage rolls (I've not given up yet) I added a raw egg and deposited the remaining pork into ramekins to cook for Saturday.
