I’ve blanched celery stalks then in egg whites and breaded in a mix of grated Pecorino and breadcrumbs... not bad indeed! And since I had a leftover yolk, I’ve breaded it too and fried.

I like to pan fry cabbage with Cayenne Hot Sauce and then serve it as a side dish.

I pan fry red cabbage with onions and soy sauce and serve it with grilled chicken thighs.

Carbonara (sorry it’s not ‘true’ because I add butter and cream since that’s how my kids like it) with wild prawns.

The pic wasn't ideal, and the sauce needs to be a little more solid indeed. But I will put it on my list with favorites because it was so nice.

I appreciate your moderating. Especially when I snap out of a dizzy spell and realize I had responded to an insensitive post. I wake up, come back in to correct my post or delete it and you already did. Now that's service!
