I made just meatloaf today and added some sesame seeds and a big handful of dried horns of plenty/black chanterelles to the mixture.

Some people use macaroni. I use neither, LOL. UGH.Should go well with the spaghetti.

I have chili and butter beans (cooked separately) in my fridge right now. I am going to add them together to try this. I used smoked turkey for the beans and ground beef for the chili so there might be a taste discrepancy. We'll see!

Goan chicken vindaloo with raita, Basmati and naan with nigella seeds. It was very good, definitely a make again even though it was a bit time consuming.

Last night dinner was boss. Earlier I made some white bread using a standard loaf mix for toast. The egg man delivered and Mladens incredibly tasty home cured pork sausage beckoned.It was double dogs. Pud was my last treat, a piece of Chrimbo cake. Back to fruit tonight
