What did you cook or eat today (January 2023)?

I had a play around with vine leaves today but my asthma doesn't like the furry leaf surface, so at the moment any ideas I had went out of the window.

So evening meal was exactly the same as yesterday, honey soy tofu baked, vegan shop bought ravioli and home-made vegan sorrel & macadamia pesto.

I think we'll be moving to cold soups tomorrow. I have been looking at some more recipes, but for the next few days it will be the usual 2 or 3 that we know.
 
Pan-fried strip steak, mushroom caps (sautéed in the pan drippings & fond, & a splash of Maggi), green beans, and Knorr's Spanish rice side.
My blend dipping sauce for steak on the side.
