I‘m aware of the usual soft taco options, they are something I eat more often than I want to owing to them taking up little space on a motorbike. Hence trying out these crispy ones again which I still don’t like.
After the first one I broke them in half and piled bit’s on food on the top using them like a big cracker, it was ok, the flavours were great, but I won’t be bothering with them again. I’ll stick with the soft version!
I like the idea of doubling them up for strength!
edit: I re-read my original post and realise I should have been more specific that it was the shells I was trying again, not Taco’s full stop. I think that because here we call the crispy things tacos and whole thing something else entirely - Tortillas.
We call all sorts of things Tortillas. It’s almost impossible to say “tortilla“ without then having to embark on a lengthy explanation of what sort of tortilla you’re talking about
