What did you cook or eat today (January 2024)?

This was neglected a bit and had some rust on it, so I had to scrub it and re-season it. I think it turned out pretty well.

Just checked that out. Looks good. I may have to make it..This is rolled with the usual suspects, parmesan, bread crumbs, provolone, then stewed/braised in a beef broth/tomato sauce
I also saw one where they added a dill pickle in the middle that worked surprisingly well in the overall flavor profile.
