FTFYLast nightIn the early hours of this morning, we had Prosciutto wrapped asparagus that were baked with diced shallot and peppers, then topped with shredded parmesan, mozzarella, fresh ripe roma tomatoes and goat cheese for the last 10 minutes. Really good.

The short answer is…there were already too many red flavors (raspberry, cherry, strawberry), so when that was created, they colored it blue to differentiate it, and dubbed it “blue raspberry,” and lo and behold, a new artificial flavor was born!I never understood why blue is supposed to be raspberry flavour...

Repeat for dinner.Brunch was a cold tuna salad sub/hero/sandwich on seeded semolina Italian bread sprinkled with red wine vinegar, topped with baby arugula.
