Lunch for Moi: Egg Salad Sandwich with Potato Chips/Crips.
Ya know it's for me `cuz it's so full of Mayonnaise :rolleyes:
 
Dabbling with my new trove of Thai ingredients. Steamed grouper on Jasmine rice with a sauce made from coconut milk, yellow curry paste, a red chili, and topped with green onion.View attachment 124051
Read the can for serving quantities *after* my stomach was a mess all night. Ends up I ate like 4 times the typical serving of curry paste. I just have to get use to these new ingredients. 👍
 
SandwichShortOfAPicnic it seems to me that's the second, maybe third time that you've made your version of that Shrimp & Cuc Salad... I haven't made that in a while.
