I baked blueberry muffins and had some leftover batter so I poured it into silicone pan and baked it. Kind-of a cobbler? Dropping off muffins to DH's cousin...I keep restaurant to-go containers for this purpose.

Those are microwaved bologna crisps on there - I do that with salami every so often, but thought the bologna would go better with the creamy buttermilk dressing and it worked really well.

Had a grand time with two of our nieces ... they took Auntie to an Okazuya

I brought back to the house two Poke Bowls for DH & I and a tray Inari for Moi ... miss this stuff!
I should have looked for the Inari Age...next time.
