What did you cook or eat today (January 2025)

Careful…I can go years without one of those, but just one, and I’m suddenly eating six a day!
I opted for the Shrimp flavor ... meh ... I like my homemade Saimin Deluxe Bowls better!

... not to be confused with Ramen. Totally different kind of noodle, which I bought 2 dozen while in California by the way :okay:

Barriehie , yes that is Spam® !! Followed (clock wise) by Shrimp, Baby Bok Choi, Kamaboko aka Steamed Fish Cake, and Trader Joe's Pork & Vegetable Gyoza aka Dumpling ... back home in Hawaii this would be called Won Ton Mein Deluxe ... or to me, ONO, that's Hawaiian for delicious!!!

Steamed fish cake!!! I haven't seen that since leaving Las Vegas. Used to get it on these little boards. I'll have to see about making that since *no way* happening in North GA foothills. Too darn furin they'd say... 😧

Bike parts, are you back to cycling? Or is this for Mr SNSSO?
Both of us. Needed new helmets for one. The Christmas thread showed the new inner tube and tyres as presents, but I am fussy about helmets so have to be there to try them on.

However I have heard that my front disc brakes are not working properly so I may need brake fluid before I can use my mountain bike, but I've been on the exercise bike 4 times a week or so for the last 7 weeks, but took Christmas off. Back on it tomorrow. I can now manage 35 minutes without feeling like I left my legs behind it like I need to throw up.

That’s fantastic 🥰
I’m a bit jealous as I’m still avoiding biting the bullet, I may even extend Christmas rules til the end of January 😂
