Oriechiette with homemade tomato sauce, Buffalo mozzarella and homemade pesto. Will do this more often! Homemade pesto is delicious.

Last night was beer can chicken, roast veg and gravy made from some the kokos stock I made a few days ago. Nb I rubbed the bird with the schmaltz from the kokos, that's why it look a bit yellow before cooking.

You are lucky - my shiso seeds didn't take. I bought some more but I maybe its a bit late to plant them.

Did you stratify them? They can take weeks to germinate also, you have to keep watering.
