Back in the day mate, in Liverpool before the match on a cold winters day we would go to China Town ( oldest community in Europe). The Ma Bo was a cafe that only cooked Won Ton soup, with or without noodles. Two women sat beside a massive steaming vat hand making won tons. A waiter would come around with a pair of scissors if you ordered "wiv" and ask " you wan noddle cuh" You could add my fave Char Sui to it. Thank for bringing back wonderful memories of my youth.

Only one woman making pork wontons here. I didn't have them today.

Last night was cold left over Moussaka, tinned tuna with chopped egg and onion dressed with cider vinegar, tomato avocado and mozzarella salad, the left over roasted peppers. The same pud I have every night since starting the diet. Super sweet local water melon @ £ 0.25 a Kg.
Tonight is stuffed pepper in a sour cream sauce with cauliflower rice. Same pud

How did the watermelon seed spitting contest go? :whistling:

We had watermelon last night, as well, bought from a local fruit & veg stand. It was excellent, super-sweet, and a lot better than those supermarket ones, which taste more like lemons than anything else.

Thais eat a lot of watermelons.

However, I don't understand why they discard the seeds and then buy a packet of watermelon seeds to eat.
