But it looks just like what I remember eating as a kid. Glad it doesn't taste like it.I've mentioned the dreaded Hamburger Helper on here before; tonight, I made a from-scratch version that's much, much better:

Chicken Kolhapuri which is now my favourite Indian chicken curry having surpassed Bratfud Bangla.
The chicken was particularly tender, possibly because I mistook baking powder for bicarbonate of soda in the velvetting. Also, I reduced the cooking time by 5 minutes.
It was also relatively mild until coming across the virtually raw chopped green chillis, of which there were quite a number.
Home made??? If so, any chance of recipe?
