Well done - trouble is that low carbs means no alcohol. If I cut out alcohol I could probably eat three times what I eat now and still lose weight!

Yeah I cut out soda a month ago (imho just as bad as alcohol) and I'm losing some weight without trying. It's amazing what it's done for my appetite too, due to drinking less sugar I am also hungry less frequently.
Due to my eating disorder I have always had issues cutting out anything, but since I'm officially cured of my eating disorder since a month or two I could finally do this without experiencing repercussions. So happy!
 
Gourmands like moi, realize spam is one of the of the best tools in a chefs.........tool box. In my opinion it should be given some form of recognition like a Appellation d'origine contrôlée just like a poulet de Bresse.

Tonight we are having grilled pork escalopes, roasted peppers, mushrooms, tomato and avocado salad. I forgot to buy the F'ing Spam again. Mrs Blank will be so apoplectic she may petition for an annulment after beating me with a dampened rolled copy of that fine organ Slobodna Dalmacija - Najveće dnevne novine u Dalmaciji, if I'm lucky !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I fought with my sister when we were teens, but both of us outgrew that.

She went to TCU, and I went to a really good state college. She set me up with her sorority sisters. All of them both pretty and smart. We had a bit of a snip last week, but no harm done. She knows I'd give her a kidney, if she needed one, and I know she would do the same for me.

You can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family.
