I'm trying to decide what I want for my B-Day dinner tonight. I would have to had started pickling the beef last weekend for sauerbraten, so I'm leaning toward steamed blue crab. But then I'm off work today, so there is plenty of time to decide.

It's only Béchamel sauce with a spoonful of English mustard powder added.

Mustard sauce here is flour egg sugar pepper mustard powder and juice from corned beef..I love it.
