I used San Marzano tomatoes for the first time, they are marvellous!
I'm trying to decide what I want for my B-Day dinner tonight. I would have to had started pickling the beef last weekend for sauerbraten, so I'm leaning toward steamed blue crab. But then I'm off work today, so there is plenty of time to decide.

Looks very local and delicious. Any chance you could share the recipe?
Oh those pretty duchess potatoes. You clearly have piping skills which I lack.
Were the San Marzano tinned tomatoes?

After a particularly...spicy meal, you'd visit that and come back and say, "What a workout I've just had!"Oh, boy. Here's one that really highlights a difference between US and UK English. In the US, an outhouse is an outdoor toilet. I don't think you'd want to use it as a gym.

People I know IRL will say bechamel as the proper name for a basic cream sauce, but I think it's the only proper sauce name they know, because they'll say something like, "Oh, my homemade mac-and-cheese starts with a bechamel sauce that I've added cheese to-"That's Mornay sauce.
I believe that's short for "session."What's a sesh?
I am going to post my recipe for linguine, white crab meat, cherry tomatoes with chilies. I cannot remember where this came from, possibly divine intervention. Check it out please and tell me if you have seen this method.Just posted!
