Today's meal was a layered salad with radicchio, onion, Anaheim pepper, cucumber, tomato and thousand island dressing.

I don't usually go for thousand island dressing, but for some reason was compelled to grab it off the store shelf and now, put it to use.

Broccoli sprouts are tasty. They are a bit bigger than alfalfa sprouts and a bit more yellowish in color.

Regular bean sprouts are also useful.
I like mung bean sprouts in stir fry but not otherwise. I don't like broccoli sprouts. There aren't many sprouts I haven't tried. I used to grow them myself back in the 1980s, I had an assortment on my kitchen window sill.

I think @medtran grows sprouts and microgreens.

I use that seafood dressing in my slaw, it does work.

Where do you get yours from and price please TastyReuben ?
Look amazing btw

That was from "Cooke's Of Dublin," restaurant located at Disney Springs in Orlando, FL. Price was $15US.

Raglan Road Orlando | Irish Restaurant & Pub

The website will take you to Raglan Road, their sit-down indoor restaurant/pub. Cooke's is their more quick-service place, though everything is still cooked to order.
