JFC....Javanese Fried Chicken made as per Charmaine Soloman's recipe in "The Complete Asian Cookbook". This book was probably my earliest influence (along with Madhur Jaffrey) in trying to learn how to cook a more authentic style of Asian food.

Thank you, yes it is. According to murphyscreek that what Aussie's call them. Did you have the thunder and lighten yesterday evening one clap of thunder was so load the windows shook. We were going to go to Split Pride but the rain was torrential, we stayed in and watched a Joan Crawford movie.

This looks like one of the most traditional dishes here too, very popular and offered cooked as a stew, it is called here Grah sa kobasom.
It's been said that all cultures have a vampire legend, and all cultures have stories of extra-terrestrials visiting Earth.

So now I, the Mercan, need to ask the Yurripeans what Hienz American Hamburger Sauce is. :scratchhead:

CD
It's a Big Mac sauce knockoff. I get a local version here called Woeber's Sandwich Pal, and another brand I've seen lately is Sir Kensington's Special Sauce.
