They’re a lot lighter and more fragile than the usual shortbread. These can’t handle more than a half-second dunked in the tea, or else it’ll be gone!Easily found in the UK. Not my thing. I prefer really plain biscuits but I know shortbread is loved by many.
I have finally remembered what we called them.... fly cakes!
