Kalua Pork and Cabbage served over steamed White Rice.
Such a simple dish to prepare, it's only 4 ingredients.
Oven Kalua Pork
Sliced Sweet White Onions
Chopped Green Cabbage
some Oil for the pan, that's it!
Oh, well, I do add some water when I add the Cabbage to steam it a bit rather than stir frying it.
At the table, a splash of Shoyu (Soy Sauce) is always best over it all 😋
I make a nice big batch of Kalua Pork (or Pig as we say it) every once in a while. I usually get about 10-12 one cup portions which I divvy up for the freezer.

Last night my daughter cooked me a secret thank you meal. I was sent to lie down & read behind a closed bedroom door. She cooked steak & sides. First time cooking steak & she did a pretty good job. The broccolini is sitting on whipped feta. The steaks are topped with compound butters

What is that? I tried Googling and no ideas.
A choc brownie is a chocolate brownie (a fudgie chocolate square usually, can be made from beans as in a black bean brownie) but typically just a squidgy fudgy, chocolate sponge with chocolate chips or lumps in it (I do have a great recipe for one using Nutella (Recipe - Nutella Chocolate Chip Brownies)), jelly is just gello or jello.... on the side...
