I'm marinating a prime pork rib roast in lemon pepper, garlic and soy sauce. I'll cover it in cream of mushroom soup and bake it on a low heat, nice and tender. I'll add some sour cream for a cream sauce and serve it over egg noodles with peas.

Lol. Our oysters are from bluff. Best I've ever tasted in the world. I treat myself a few times a year when in season.

Nothing special, typical for a “nice” restaurant in our town (not that this is in town).

MrsT ate about a third of her steak, all her shrimp (and a baked potato), and none of her rice.

We’ve been talking about chopped steak recently, so when I opened the menu, that’s sort of what my eye landed on. I got it with just onions, not the other stuff, and seeing as it’s my birthday, I went full-on Hillbilly Deluxe and had A1 steak sauce and ketchup on it. Heinz 57, nothing but the best for me.
