ribs are prepped for tonight. Layer of Dijon mustard and home made Dry rub.

Tonight I made panfried plaice, broad beans and a dish inspired by my Scotland trip - a cross between colcannon and bubble and squeak.

Leftover potato mixture will be used for a bread recipe tomorrow.
 
Craig made chicken marsala over pasta with a side of green beans for our dinner last night. No picture as my phone was nearly dead.
