Tonight, I made MypinchofItaly's bread soup, which she shared here:

I've made this once before, from a different recipe, and liked it (to my surprise and delight); and Pinch's is just as good, probably better (I can't remember that far back - either way, this is good!
I did want to mention, I used the last of my olive oil herb loaf for this. Seemed a fitting end.

I like it a lot, and I have so much bits and ends of saved bread in the freezer, i was really struggling to find something other than bread pudding or strata to do with the bread. Then I saw your recipe, which reminded me that I'd made this once before, so I was glad to try your recipe as well.
