Giving this a go in a couple of hours. Set the chicken in marinade yesterday.

They were nice but I’m not much for meat & 3
I love variety and rarely eat the same cuisine 2 nights in a row even if I am cooking at home. Left to myself for a quick use up what’s in the fridge meal I’m always going to think Italian then Asian flavour profiles.
Where I bunk with a friend for work in Sydney, all of this & more are within a 10-15 minute walk.

I don't much like it either. I will eat mine, though, at least a little of it. I have to eat some while I am tasting it to see if it needs adjustments!Thanks!! They ate it all up!! One of the boys told me that he doesn't like potato salad!! He said that he can make it, but he won't eat it. I told him that he doesn't know what he's missing. He's only 11, but he's big, so it looks like he eats a lot, & he likes to cook. One day, maybe the next time I'm there, I'll see what he can do.

I love brown rice! It has a slightly nutty flavor (to me) and a great texture. There isn't much rice that I don't like, however. It's yummy stuff! Chipotle has a great brown rice with lime and cilantro.Leftover chicken meatballs and brown rice for lunch:

Look at all those colors…the browns…the light browns…the tans and beiges…it’s a veritable rainbow!
This is the first time, believe it or not, that I’ve ever eaten brown rice (AFAIK). MrsT loves plain white rice, and fried rice, but she abhors brown rice, so I’ve never used it, since I’m pretty ambivalent about rice.
She’s talked down brown rice for so long, disparaging it every chance she got, that I was surprised I actually like it. Unlike plain white rice, brown rice has just a little bit of flavor hiding out in there. I found it to be quite nice.
