Brunch – Corned beef hash and poached eggs.

I got some wings at H-E-B yesterday. They give you a choice of full wings, all drums, all flappers or a mix of drums and flappers. I went with all flappers, and they were really meaty. So, Buffalo wings tonight, with enough left over for snacking tomorrow.

No fancy plating, just a bowl with paper towels. :laugh:
