I haven't had a hotdog in probably 15 years, and it was at a baseball game. It had chili, cheese, onions and mustard on it, which is about the only way I will eat one.

Here people do sausages on buns with peppers and onions, too. Not deep fried but that sounds pretty good!

I use red bell peppers. Same pepper, just riper and sweeter.

First time I went to the Red's stadium in Cincinnati, I made a beeline for the hot dog stand. It was like a bucket list thing - just HAD to have a ballpark hotdog!
