Paia Fish Market
I soooooooo wanted Opakapaka or Pink Snapper, grilled, some lovely seasoned Rice, a huge bowl of Coleslaw and we shared a Caesar Salad, AH YUM or oh, I mean ONO (that's delicious in Hawaiian).
DH's plate looked identical - he had grilled Ono.
It's a good thing that we went to linner (late lunch/early dinner) because it was empty when we arrived but packed with a waiting line going around the corner from this place!
[edit - we couldn't finish our plates and had two take out boxes - I gave them to a homeless person who wolfed it all down]
I finally understand your username! While we were over in Kaneohe today, I stopped into one of our old Korean Take out joints for our linner (late lunch/early dinner) to take back to the apartment and eat on our lanai.

I made made up two mixed plates for each of us and have enough leftover for at least two more meals!
I also added in some Ahi (Tuna) and Tako (Octopus) Poke.
I started doing a variety of new breakfasts that also work as a dinner so Mr SSOAP didn’t really notice.Agreed SandwichShortOfAPicnic
I'm just having a tough time getting DH into brinner, that's a hard NO from him.
So whenever he's not hungry, I'll make it for myself.
If you guys haven't tried it yet, next time you make a red sauce, try adding some fresh squeezed lemon juice to it. As long as it jives with the rest of the ingredients, it's wonderful how it compliments the dish.Red sauce with zesty sausage and clams. I somehow over salted it, and then used fresh squeezed lemon juice to take out the extra saltiness (which worked wonderfully) and made it even better. A happy accident.

Brinner is amazing. I have heard that there are a lot of people that are very against it. I never understood that.Agreed SandwichShortOfAPicnic
