I don't feel like fixing anything at all. I'm really sick right now guys. I had to call an ambulance the other day to take me to the hospital.

Minestra maritata ( Italian wedding soup) inspired simple but delicious soup. Ground turkey for the meatballs, chard as green vegetables, gluten free pasta. Vegetable broth. I found the garlic in the meatballs to be gleefully ' married' to the chard.

The toast was left in the pan to soak up the meat flavours and the peanut oil left over from frying the meatballs up.

Very happy.

I made Mussels with fries according to Morning Glory ' s recipe for the garlic challenge. It was delicious and made my husband very happy!
