Dinner.
I So loved the new vegan Parmiggiano, that I fried up gluten free toast in peanut oil, spiced with a Chinese spices mix, fried the tomatoes...good!

I found a new-ish Italian restaurant here in Honolulu about a year ago on Face Book, bookmarked them for our trip back home.
Somehow, I'm not sure how, I convinced DH that we needed our Italian-fix, "it's too hot here for heavy food like that."

We shared everything bit that last dish, Mushroom Ravs with a creamy Gorgonzola Sauce, AH YUM!!!!
This will be a new "must go" when ever we come home now.
 
That’s one pizza style I’ve never made. I’ve even made one of those Chicago stuffed pizzas (remember the Pizza Hut Priazzo pizza?), which was arguably more trouble than the deep dish.
I saw a guy on tv yesterday that ran a family pizza shop in New York City. They asked him what he thought of Dominoes stuffed crust. He replied that was just a gimmick to take your mind off how disgusting the pizza is.
