Salad of bits and whatever needed to be finished off: the leftover corn chard pie crumbled, beans, smoked tofu fried in peanut oil, pickled cucumber, fresh cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seed oil. Quite enjoyable!

No pics, last night, due to my stupid job, was a rushed affair, just throwing a couple of unrelated things together.

I started out with tortilla chips on a sheet pan, covered in cheese, into the oven for a few, with salsa and sour cream. No time to add any onion or tomato or anything.

Then I threw some corn on the cob in the oven, easiest way to make it, and covered it in herbed butter (parsley, garlic, lemon zest), and rounded that out with a PBJ!
