What did you cook or eat today (March 2021)

Ok I do scrambled eggs every sat for wife, with the cheese folded in does it go more omelettey? Is that a word? We have cheddar but I never thought of adding it.??

Yes. It doesn't take a lot of cheese. Just sprinkle some in as the eggs are close to being done, so it melts. It does have the taste of an omelet, in a scrambled form.

I have to think back for a few days. Night before last I cooked a venison back strap cut in thick disk wrapped in bacon. Cooked like a fillet.
Lovely! Last night I went "high end" with a roasted rack of lamb, fondant potatoes and pan seared asparagus. I LOVE rack of lamb, so does George. It was perfection. Tonight I made a Frittata - Italian sausage, spinach, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, cheddar on the veggies and parm r on top of the frittata. YUMM. Yogurt, fruit and nuts for desert.
Last weekend we made sausage. Another discussion.

No coooking tonight, too long of a work day. Got delivery from Halal Guys. Beef shawarma on yellow rice with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickled jalapenos, pita and white sauce.

Gooood! She seems really nice too. Qualified as in got the final degree or qualified to enter the study? I think she will be in demand with such a degree, at least I hope so, is she staying in Croatia to search for a job?

Final degree. She is an Island girl from Hvar who thought she knew it all. She married a crazy junkie and dropped out after 3 years. We dealt with her husband and I was pleased when she returned to her studies at first in Split University. There is no work for her here in her field. You can take the girl out of the Island, but you can't take the Island out of the girl. She married a local and as everyone does on Hvar work in Hotels etc during the season. I'm not bothered my wife her aunt is.

Cheesy eggs are the best. I never do scrambled eggs without them..
