Oh no, I don't think such missunderstandings are often the case, sometimes it happens, but in general this forum is fantastic, so many positive people who love cooking and eating, I trully love being here. I think you are a very kind person. No stress, dolce, piano, tranquillo...Of course, everyone eats what they want regardless of the name and ingredients . But sometimes, believe me, it's really hard to try to say what I've said without someone feeling offended as if I were to say that if it's not traditional Italian then it's not good. To say that it is not used here (in Italy) is understood by many as 'then it's a is not good'... mamma mia what a stress.
It is time to relax, you are perfectly right.Very boring tonight, we are just having fish 'n' chips from the chippy. Not had it for ages and can't be bothered doing anything.
