Of course, everyone eats what they want regardless of the name and ingredients . But sometimes, believe me, it's really hard to try to say what I've said without someone feeling offended as if I were to say that if it's not traditional Italian then it's not good. To say that it is not used here (in Italy) is understood by many as 'then it's a is not good'... mamma mia what a stress.

Oh no, I don't think such missunderstandings are often the case, sometimes it happens, but in general this forum is fantastic, so many positive people who love cooking and eating, I trully love being here. I think you are a very kind person. No stress, dolce, piano, tranquillo...

When I travel by car to other regions, I love to stop and eat at the Autogrill. I prefer sandwiches to pasta dishes or whatever. The rustichella is a must

By comparison, I think Stefanos calzones are much better.

Saturday here so bacon n eggs for the wife and hot choc. Me I had cup of earl and a biscuit/cookie.

Tonight friends coming over on the condition they pay for a takeaway to pay back many meals they have had here.
Americas cup 2 -2 at the moment, races 5 and 6 later. Then rugby league. It may be a late night
