15 minute spicy dragon noodles with shrimp. Amazing flavor for a 15 minute meal.

Wife picked a big handful of basil, we have walnuts and garlic and lemons and Evoo and s and p. And Parma.
Toasted walnuts let cool, put basil (cleaned) in whizz with everything except walnuts and Parma.
Whizzed and pit rest in. Voila we have pesto. Zest of lemon gives it a zing.
We will eat later with snacks.

Last nights dinner was the first half of the Mrs B birthday dinner, the cake and fizz are tomorrow. Komarca a type of guilt head bream baked in a bag, chips and baked tomatoes. Pud was Blood orange with two blobs of the left over hazelnut/dark chocolate ganache.

It's been a very long time since I have had a steak as tasty as this New Zealand fillet (and it was probably ten times the price!). And the green peppercorn sauce was exquisite.

The fillet was pan fried in ELOO for 70 seconds each side then given the blowlamp treatment until charred. Left to rest for around 8 minutes. The chips were parboiled then air fried.
