Laksa. Haven’t had one in a while. $3 for all that spicy goodness:

Yeah I know, always a cup of tea and biscuit, that normally lasts me through to dinner/tea. Never been big on eating in the morning or afternoon. Just the way I am I suppose. Burt Blank and I would get along fine I think. :)

I love the consistency of your Earl and biscuit posts. It feels somehow comforting. 🙂👍

It's a North East England term (where I was born) for a simple meal. Originally for a "packed lunch" to take to your place of employment. It was normally packed in your "snap tin".

"What have you got for snap today?"

"Potted meat sandwiches".

I also like you have written the example, I’ve just learned something new! Noted on my little agenda :okay:

Very nice! And I’ve just reminded I didn’t have avocado for ages, need to recover :)

Thank you. The first try a few days ago was a flop as she did not have the patience for it to ripen. This one she waited for 3 days. 💗

Avocado will do you good. Discovered an avocado stone carver online, beautiful!

. It turned out soft, spongy, mild and yummy. Eye measured, quicky.
Covered with grated zucchini, two eggs, dry dill, mixed grated parmiggiano-like cheese.

I might switch the cheese with black olives.

Something sour would do well on the side. I wonder what. Had some yoghurt in the morning...
