Last night I baked these corn flour muffins...good, but am not entirely sure yet if I like them or not...

Garlic, onion, bacon, fresh toms, basil over pasta for dinner. Dry parsley sprinkled on top. Salad mix.

It's from the right jar, I ordered it because it's suddenly very popular here but it's new to me too. This is the first time I tried it.
This brand is the most popular in China, the condiment originates from the Sezchuan region.

I thought it was really nice!
I plan to make my own in the future when I feel a bit better. It's typically served with dumplings, bao, noodles and as a dipping sauce.

Why is it 'crispy'?

I just looked it up. Unfortunately it has MSG in it which I hate.
