It's from the right jar, I ordered it because it's suddenly very popular here but it's new to me too. This is the first time I tried it.
This brand is the most popular in China, the condiment originates from the Sezchuan region.
I thought it was really nice!
I plan to make my own in the future when I feel a bit better. It's typically served with dumplings, bao, noodles and as a dipping sauce.
Because the chillies and onions are fried to a crisp. And they are still crispy when served.Why is it 'crispy'?
