Kai si ming ...... a friend who has since passed used to make this. Its really really good.
Beef mince and red onions as we are out of white. Diced carrots corn beans from our garden.
I'll add chicken and corn soup noodles curry powder and a few other things later.

I had to look this up. Seems it’s a popular Kiwi dish from the 1970’s.

This is a bit like my chow mein recipe which uses Podravka brand chicken noodle soup mix & curry powder but the chow mein is much wetter.

I've got some mussels frozen in a garlic wine sauce, I want them. My husband doesn't like mussels as much as I do, so I am not sure when I will break them out.

I made hubby some salami, cheese, and egg breakfast sandwiches. Instead of making the eggs scrambled, I made them runny so he had egg yolk dripping down his chin, LOL, lots of napkins!
