These are chocolate spelt flour muffins, that I baked today, out of a new recipe, good! reduced in sweetness, with some almond yoghurt , after lunch.

A lovely home made vegetable stew (long beans, potatoes, onion, tomato sauce). It was planned to toss in a few pork meat chunks, however the meat had gone bad in my fridge, whilst I was busy the last couple of days, my bad, bad planning, so I threw it away. Anyways, nice lunchtime at home.

TBH I have seen better too, they had some grey pieces in there.. Wouldn't order it again. The place is mediocre for food, but the views are ace so it's clear to see how people keep coming back
I thought it looked good, I was referring to TR not liking avocado (I think I remember that correctly)!

I think sometimes up here in Ohio we get mediocre avocados (usually if they're the big watery variety) but a little salt, lime, and cilantro seems to help, for me anyway. The small ones have a much better flavor for sure. My FIL doesn't like avocados so my MIL rarely gets to eat them. I make her guacamole whenever I get a chance.
