Emergency cabbage run or do you live too far away from the shops?
No worries, we had a tub of those Bob Evans mashed potatoes in the place of that frozen potato-egg thing.

Seriously, I dumped it out of the bag and saw the frozen scrambled egg chunks and thought, “What the hell? Does this have cauliflower in it as well? Cool!”

Then I looked at the bag and saw it was potatoes and eggs and knew that I’d picked up the wrong thing months ago at ALDI - I’d never buy frozen scrambled eggs. :headshake:
 
Tovala meals of Italian sausage and eggplant caponata. I used some leftover penne, gently poached some thin garlic slices in EVOO until soft, then added some red pepper flakes, and served the sausage and caponata over the pasta. Wow, that made quite a difference. We'd had this meal before and liked it, but adding the slightly dressed up pasta made it way better.
