What did you cook or eat today (May 2020)?

This is one of my favorite salads. The veggies are tossed in a lemony vinaigrette, and the chickpeas are tossed in cumin, allspice, and cardamom, then warmed in a frying pan. Dollop of Greek yogurt finishes the whole thing.
 
Wow, the heads were nice and clear for being frozen. Most of the frozen with head on I've seen, the heads are discolored and black. Fat in shrimp/prawns can go rancid, even frozen.

I was surprised as well, they looked like the fresh ones and the taste was quite good..maybe I’ve been lucky, who knows. Thus a double gift 🙂
