A mexican restaurant we used to go to when DD was in her late teens, early 20s made fajitzzas. They made 12 and 16 inch really thin flour tortillas especially for them. DD worked at a place next door to the restaurant that employed mostly college kids. The restaurant would bring the kids free food to test out new dishes they were making. The kids loved them and that's why we started going there.
