Yesterday's supper: garlic and chorizo soup. Inspired by the traditional Castilla style soup.

This one is a real winter warmer and very comforting when temperatures drop. Evenings in Oxford are lately being chilly even though is spring.
 
My meal for today was breaded chicken patty sandwiches with french fries.

The sandwiches included breaded chicken patties, habanero salsa, lettuce, melted shredded cheese blend and brioche buns.

That looks really nice. It's 11 am here and I could devour that in record time. Fries look perfect.

Throat ache is back, the broken glass feeling, awake at 3 am, took a throat bombon.
At least fever is down. For now. Nose stuffed and runny.

For dinner last night, kid tried two different Jamon and a chorizo ...Lidl supermarket had Spanish week. Italian week. Asian week. I could copy the exact Jamon names later on.

She loved it. On dark bread and fresh toms with fresh garlic.

3x 300 ml green and mint tea.
