What did you cook or eat today (May 2021)?

Today's meal was a return to pasta dishes. This one is a very simple, but flavorful, tuna and mushroom pasta.

It uses garden rotini pasta covered with tuna, onion and Seranno pepper in cream of mushroom soup.
 
Having dug the "Hippo" dough out of the freezer for the "pigs in blankets" failure I thought I'd try Cornish pasties again. Not today though but I cooked the vegetables and one portion I'll freeze and to the other add chopped beef or pork at the weekend.

I chopped up some pork loin this morning and stir fried it.


Then added some to the reserved vegetables and my wife made it into 3 pasties. They weren't bad really. Bisto gravy granules. There's one more for later.
