So you grow peppercorns? The ones I'm after the wife couldn't find in the weekend. We may have to try another source.?

Russ

No, they were bought. That bunch had been vacuum packed and frozen. Fresh ones don't last long otherwise.

I think these are called Scalloped Potatoes (potatoes dauphinoise). I baked them in a bread pan. so they'd be tall, then sliced them and fried half in clarified butter with a bit of rosemary and garlic to get a crispy crust.

We need to help you to get your photos placed so they come out large and visible, instead of tiny attachments. It's a common issue with new members, so don't fret.

There are two ways to place photos, so they come out big and visible. One is to link to a photo, either that you advance load to a personal album or a web site photo somewhere, or you drag and drop the photo into the upload box.

To get to these, you click the photo tool on the header of the message box when you are editing a message. It will load to where you last positioned the cursor.

If you need help with this, one of the moderators will be happy to assist.

Did my take on Hungry Man 's recipe for Turkish Pogaca...
Delicious, excellent recipe.👏👏

I had to change some details, used barley flour((200 g), buckwheat flour(50g), later to thicken about 50 g Ap flour. No eggs, used chia seeds soaked briefly in hot water. Sunflower oil instead olive. Dry dill instead of fresh. I baked half the quantity.

I like the combination of flavours. And they go excellently with butter, and cheese, or whatever else onelikes...✨

or you drag and drop the photo into the upload box.

I don't understand what you mean. What is 'the upload box?

Assuming the photo is on your computer or smartphone, the simplest way to upload a photo directly to a post is to click on 'Attach files' (bottom left of the post). Navigate on your computer to the file you wish to attach and click on it. It will then attach. Click on 'Insert' and then 'Full image'.
