If I am correct Bob is the Croatian name for the large green beans pictured...I wonder...?

Oh? Then I might be mistaken...see above...bob to me means broad beans.at least that is what we call it in CroatiaWell, it's bob without the peel, of course. And here I thought it must be a British term that I was missing (it is slang for a shilling, but I imagine that's hard to peel and not very tasty). I assume it's whatever was mixed into the mash.
